Two lines from the poem Sea Fever by John Masefield, from his opening verse-

"I must go down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and the sky,

And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by;

And the wheel's kick and the wind's song and the white sail's shaking,

And a grey mist on the sea's face, and a grey dawn breaking."

This particular grey dawn was watched from a seaweed-strewn sandy shore in the Maharees in Co. Kerry, looking across the cold waves of a rather stormy sea towards the mountainous parts of the Dingle peninsula.

The print is supplied unframed and has no white border- the image will reach to the edge of the print.

Paper weight: 200 gsm.

A variety of sizes are available.

Print on demand.
